With the summer about to end and the fall weather almost upon us, now is the perfect time to stop by Guild Hall. Highlights in September include a staged reading of "The Kingfisher," print parade open studio with Master Printmaker Dan Welden, CollaborationTown's "The Momentum," golf at the Maidstone Club to benefit Guild Hall, and the continuation of Chuck Close: Recent Works.

On Saturday, September 7, stop by for a staged reading of "The Kingfisher" at 8 p.m. The comedy which stars Mercedes Ruehl and Harris Yulin was written by William Douglas Home.

Master Printmaker Dan Welden will bring his legendary skills to the Hamptons during a Print Parade Open Studio on Friday, September 20, and Saturday, September 21. Attendees will have the opportunity to create and produce a printed image during the workshop.

The John Drew Theater and The Watermill Center will present a performance of CollaborationTown's "The Momentum" on Saturday, September 21. The self-help-sploitation shows it's not what you don't have that matters.

Hit the green for Guild Hall on Monday, September 23. Enjoy ocean views while playing 18 holes at the historic Maidstone Club in East Hampton during the golf benefit.

On Tuesday, September 24, enjoy The John Drew Theater and the Naked Stage's staged reading of "Where We Are" by Kristen Lowman.

Guild Hall will join Smithsonian Magazine to celebrate Museum Day Live! Visitors who attend with a Museum Day Live! ticket will gain free entrance on Saturday, September 28. "Museum Day is an opportunity for every member of our community to experience our current exhibitions featuring the recent works of Chuck Close and sculpture by Joel Perlman for free admission," said Ruth Appelhof, Executive Director of Guild Hall.

Exhibitions featuring Chuck Close and Joel Perlman will be on display daily during September, except Tuesdays when the Museum is closed.

Guild Hall is located at 158 Main Street in East Hampton. For more information call 631-324-0806 or visit www.guildhall.org.

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
