Westhampton - Family Counseling Services is sponsoring an Artist Studio Tour in the greater Westhampton area on Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This self-guided tour will give art enthusiasts a unique opportunity to enter into the behind-the-scenes workings of the art world.
The tour includes 18 private studios and galleries which will display the work of 39 premiere East End artists. An opening reception will be held on Friday, August 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists before the tour.

This event is co-chaired by
Candyce Brokaw,
Pamela Gates Capozzola and
Ronnie Wiener.
Brokaw is a cutting edge artist whose work has been exhibited internationally and throughout the United States. She is the founder and Director of Survivors Art Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist disabled or traumatized artists.
Capozzola is an accomplished local artist, renowned for her annual paintings of the St. Patrick's Day Parade and posters of other major community events. The recipient of numerous awards, her work has been editorially featured in such distinguished publications as
Town and Country,
W Magazine, and
Sports Illustrated, among others.
Wiener is an avid art collector and the founder of Full Moon Arts Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to artistic innovation in fine arts, music and literary work. She works as an artist constructing outdoor environments known as "Sanctuaries" and is also the owner of Baywinds Art and Antiques.
Established in 1971, Family Counseling Services has been serving the eastern Long Island community by providing counseling, education, and supportive services to families, children and individuals in need. All proceeds from the Summer Gala and Artist Studio Tour directly support agency programs and services.
