Bridgehampton - The Bridgehampton Historical Society is delighted to announce the return of their popular Saturday afternoon "Parlor Music Series" to the Corwith Homestead, 2368 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton. Featured in the 2010 concerts are three Long Island singer-songwriters, plus Sag Harbor's "Local Irishman" and "Singing Plumber"
Terry Sullivan and Violinist
Andrew Koontz from Princeton, NJ.
"Since this is the fourth time we've run a live music series in the parlor, this year's line-up is sort of an "all star team." We're also featuring Long Island singer-songwriters
Terry Winchell on February 27 and
James O'Malley on March 27. Our venue is very intimate and from the start our audience members were comfortable asking questions during performances. We found the connection between the audience and singer-songwriters to be particularly profound. It gives the performers a chance to share why and how they are inspired to create here on Long Island." said
Stacy Dermont, BHHS Program Director.
