New York City - Choir mistress Chantal Wright has announced that the Songs of Solomon choir will perform on December 19 at The Community Church of New York, located at 40 East 35th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues, at 5:30 p.m. This is a fund raising event, and there will be a silent auction as well.

The concert, "The Stars Are Brightly Shining," will have the choir celebrating the season of light, and Wright has stated "We know that the conversation of the economy is on everyone's mind, yet, love conquers all. We hope that there is room in your calendar on the 19th of December as we suspend time for a brief moment to do what we do best - inspire."
