On Saturday, October 29th at 8 p.m., Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts will welcome The Sixties Show - a New York City-based production that has been described as "The Greatest 1960's Musical Re-Creation Show in the World." The band will feature former members of Bob Dylan's, Ray Charles', James Brown's, Ray and Dave Davies' (The Kinks) bands and current members of legendary multi-platform pop superstars, The Smithereens. This one night show is not to be missed!

The Sixties Show is praised for its spot-on recreation, note for note re-creations of the hits, B-sides and deep album cuts from the greatest songs of the 1960's.

Craig O'Keefe, Musical Director, will also be on the bass, vocals, guitar, and keyboard for the evening. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, O'Keefe founded The Sixties Show. He is also a founding member of the Hollywood, CA 90's kingpins Annapurna (Warner Bros Records) who's shared stages with everyone from the Smashing Pumpkins to Stone Temple Pilots to Oasis to Sublime, and Weezer. O'Keefe's songwriting and producing credits have been heard all over the radio and TV, such as The CW's Smallville, the opening musical theme for TNT Network's Saturday Night NBA Game of the Week, in-store music for the Gap, Burger King, Nike, Starbucks, and other stores, as well as various compositions heard on HBO, Cinema, and Showtime.

O'Keefe will be joined by Tom Licameli on the guitar and vocals. Licameli is the guitarist/songwriter of world-renowned cult favorites NYC's Knockout Drops. He has toured the US and Europe several times and shared the bills with diverse acts like The Beach Boys, Mick Taylor, The Violent Femmes, Soul Asylum, John Fogerty, Love Spit Love, and Semisonic. One of Licameli's favorite memories is being invited to play a show at the famed Cavern Club in Liverpool, England where The Beatles graced the stage in their early days!

Jim Boggia has been winning over fans, critics, contemporaries, and luminaries for more than 20 years with his devotion to music. He's had three solo studio albums, including 2001's Fidelity Is the Enemy, 2005's Safe in Sound, and 2008's Misadventures in Stereo. Boggia has worked with several artists such as Aimee Mann, Juliana Hatfield, Mike Viola, Tracy Bonham, Bernadette Peters, David Poe, NRBQ's Big Al Anderson, Beach Boys lyricist Tony Asher, MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer, Elvis Costello, and The Attractions drummer Pete Thomas. Boggie has performed with the Fab Faux and Mad Dogs & Dominos.

Chris Parker, legendary drummer, will also perform in The Sixties Show. Parker served as Bob Dylan's drummer. Dylan said Parker was "one of the greats!" Many know Parker as the long time Saturday Night Live Band Drummer on NBC from 1986 to 1992. He has also worked with Paul Simon, James Brown, Quincy Jones, Ray Charles, Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin, Todd Rundgren, Elvis Costello, Burt Bacharach, Judy Collins, Peter Paul and Mary, Cher, Donald Fagan, Paul Butterfield, Boz Skaggs, Bonnie Raitt, Lionel Hampton, David Sanborn, The Brecker Bros, Pat Matheney, Don McLean, Barry Manilow, Jackie Lomax, Laura Nero, Ashford and Simpson, Teddy Pendergrass, Patti LaBelle, Sinead O'Conner, Gladys Night and the Pips, Robert Palmer and many, many other icons. He is very accomplished to say the least!

Dennis Diken will also make an appearance on the drums. He is a founding member and the drummer of The Smithereens, the acclaimed and pioneering New Jersey power-pop band that has sold millions of records worldwide. Diken has performed with Brian Wilson, The Beach Boys, Al Jardine, Robert Lamm (Chicago), Bruce Springsteen, Nancy Sinatra, Ronnie Spector, Mary Weiss (The Shangri-Las), Ben E. King, and Denny Doherty (The Mamas & The Papas), and was the musical director for It's Hard To Believe It: The Music of Joe Meek, a sold-out revue at NYC's downtown cabaret The Fez.

Peter Chiusano, a Long Island native, will feature his keyboard skills, a passion he discovered during his childhood. Chiusano has served as Musical Director for select theaters including Long Island's BroadHollow Theatre, The Brewster Theatre Company and Musicals at Richter in Danbury, CT. He has also performed and recorded for over 20 years as an in demand player for hire with such acts as the renown 17 piece swing band The Norm Hathaway Orchestra and numerous area Rock & Roll acts. Chiusano also enjoys sharing his love of music with his many piano students. "They learn the masters. Bach, Beethoven and The Beatles," he remarked.

John Cardone grew up in the sixties and was always drawn to music. Apart from his appearance at The Sixties Show, Cardone plays in several different projects to keep his musical appetite satisfied, most notably with John Ford, a founding member of the British Invasion rock group, The Strawbs. Cardone also plays with Americana singer songwriter Mike Barry, and Playback, The Band.
