The Choral Society of the Hamptons is kicking off its 2015 season with two programs which highlight the traditional sounds of iconic tunes.
On Sunday, March 22, 2015, the Society will start their season by presenting Brahms’ Liebeslieder Waltzes with returning guest conductor Jennifer Scott Miceli, chair of the music department at Long Island University Post. The performance will take place at the East Hampton Presbyterian Church (120 Main Street, East Hampton), and begin at 5 p.m.
The program continues at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015, with a production of Haydn’s The Creation conducted by Mark Mangini, featuring the Greenwich Village Singers at the Parish Hall of Most Holy Trinity Church (57 Buell Lane, East Hampton).
Tickets for individual concerts are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Youth tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Preferred-seating tickets are $75.
