TIME Magazine, Williams is considered one of America's greatest living songwriters. Part country, folk, rock and blues, her evocative songs are acclaimed as brilliant, breakthrough musical narratives.
In 1998 the Louisiana- bred singer-songwriter cemented her spot in the cultural lexicon with the immediate masterpiece "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road" which earned Williams her first Grammy Award.
Williams' new critically acclaimed album, "Blessed," is being hailed one of the best albums she's ever released.
