Westhampton Beach - The annual tradition continues with the return of the greatest Beatles cover band,
The Fab Faux, to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Saturday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Comprised of gifted veteran musicians and touring sidemen,
The Fab Faux is the hippest, edgiest Beatles tribute band out there. This summer, The Fab Faux, with
The Hogshead Horns and
The Creme Tangerine Strings, will tackle a selection of The Beatles' greatest hits live onstage in a way that has to be experienced to be believed.
Grammy Award-winning, founder and leader of The Fab Faux,
Will Lee, has done it all in the music business. Perhaps best known as a bassist, for over two decades, on "The Late Show with
David Letterman," Lee has also lent his considerable talents to well over 1,000 pop, jazz and rock albums.
Rich Pagano is a respected New York sideman known for his expertise in producing, recording or playing drums on tour with artists including
Patti Smith,
Rosanne Cash,
Joan Osborne and
Levon Helm, to name a few.
Frank Agnello, in addition to The Fab Faux and his music industry day job, has had the pleasure of playing with such artists as
Marshall Crenshaw, Badfinger's
Joey Molland,
Phoebe Snow,
Al Kooper, and more.
Jimmy Vivino is currently Music Director/Guitarist/Arranger for "The Tonight Show with
Conan O'Brien. Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist
Jack Petruzzelli is one of the most sought after and respected musicians on the scene. Recording and touring with everyone from
Rufus Wainwright to
Joan Osborne, music legends Smith and
Ian Hunter, Petruzzelli's raw talent and genuine love of his craft seamlessly blends into all he touches while adding his own unique style.
Generously sponsored, in part, by the
Cooney Family.
