92.9 and 96.9 WEHM are about to rock the art world with the "EHM Rock Art Show And Sale," Nov. 21 through Nov. 23, at Duck Walk Vineyards (231 Montauk Highway, Route 27) in Southampton. The "EHM Rock Art Show And Sale" is a rare collection of original art, lithographs, photographs, gold records, handwritten song lyrics, animation art, and more from the greatest rock artists of all time. The show is free and open to the public on Friday, Nov. 21 through Sunday, Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. All works are available to purchase.
The "EHM Rock Art Show And Sale" will showcase an amazing collection of works from classic artists such as
Paul McCartney, Jerry Garcia, John Entwistle (The Who), Jimi Hendrix, Ron Wood (The Rolling Stones),
Bob Dylan, Carlos Santana,
David Bowie,
Robby Krieger (The Doors),
Tony Bennett,
John Lennon,
Ringo Starr, U2, John Mellencamp,
Brian Wilson, Micky Dolenz, and dozens more, plus rock photographs from sessions including The Eagles, Pink Floyd, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin,
Bruce Springsteen,
Johnny Cash and more. The "EHM Rock Art Show And Sale" will also feature signed handwritten song lyrics, album cover artwork, gold records, concert tour posters and more.
One of the highlights of the "EHM Rock Art Show And Sale" is the addition of original artwork from Beatles animator Ron Campbell. Campbell was the Director of the Saturday Morning Beatles 1960s TV series and one of the animators for "Yellow Submarine." Campbell has created a series of original drawings especially for this show including a series of Beatles Cartoon Christmas paintings. These one-of-a-kind drawings are not available anywhere else in the world except Liverpool! Also included in this special collection are paintings from some of Campbell's other animation projects including The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Rugrats, The Smurfs, Scooby Doo, and much more.
