"I have been wanting to do a show with Rock 'n' Roll Iconic Photography for years, ever since I saw Chris Foster's photographs of David Bowie several years back," remarked Karyn Mannix of The Studio. "With the passing of David Bowie and recently Prince, I felt now was the time to do it. With the Grand Opening of The Studio of Art, and a great working relationship with The White Room Gallery, there is no better time than now."

The Golden Age of Rock 'N' Roll Part I Grand Opening at The Studio will commence on Saturday, May 28th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The evening will feature an iconic photography exhibit with imaginative storytelling and rare images of music industry legends.

Part I will include works by Karen Bystedt, Pamela Eldridge, Chris Foster, David Gamble, Keith Green, Steve Joester, Jack Mitchell, Lori Pavsner, Marcia Resnick, Susan Wood, Dan Springer, Valerie Suter, Michael Jurick, Jason Poremba, and Sean Yseult.

The White Room Gallery will host a reception for Part II on Sunday, May 29th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Paintings and photographs will be on display of music icons, both past and present, throughout the night. The exhibition will feature artists including EJ Camp, Bonnie Lautenberg, Evad, Adoni Astrinakis, and Laura Benjamin.

Bonnie Lautenberg, who is featured at The White Room Gallery, is ecstatic for people to connect with her work. "When people see my work, I hope they see an image that is so WOW they cannot get it out of their head," she said. "I hope they feel the excitement and adrenaline in the photograph that I feel when I am capturing that exact moment in the artist's performance." Lautenberg has photographed some of the hottest artists of today, including Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Katy Perry. "I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to photograph these incredible ladies and record through my photography, a magic moment in their fabulous careers," Lautenberg added.

Mannix hopes people will walk away from the show with "good memories from the past, a smile on their faces, and hopefully, a wild story to tell."

The Golden Age of Rock 'N' Roll Part I at The Studio, presented by Karyn Mannx Contemporary, will be on display Sunday, May 22nd through Sunday, June 19th. The Golden Age of Rock 'N' Roll Part II at The White Room will be on view Wednesday, May 18th through Sunday, June 5th.
