On Saturday, October 31st and Sunday, November 1st, the Accabonac Protection Committee (APC) will present the third annual Images of Accabonac, which will include a special viewing of works by renowned local artist Ralph Carpentier.

"This will be our third show and we look forward to again providing artists an opportunity to share their response to the inspiration of Accabonac and a chance for the public to appreciate both the art and the special beauty that inspires it," shared Jorie Latham, chair of Images of Accabonac.

Taking place at Ashawagh Hall, Images of Accabonac is curated by Pamela Williams, who along with works by Carpentier, also handpicked a selection of pieces from artists that display their visions of beauty inspired by Accabonac Creek.

An opening reception will take place on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. All artwork will be for sale and a portion of the proceeds will benefit APC. Images of Accabonac will be on display from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Founded in 1985, APC is an all-volunteer group that has been vital in preserving Accabonac Creek and Harbor through attentive advocacy. Barbara Hale Refuge, the Maloney Meadow, Louse and Gerard Points are just a few of the areas APC has helped protect.

Ashawagh Hall is located at 780 Springs Fireplace Road in East Hampton. For more information about APC, call 631-324-2435 or visit accabonac.org.

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
