Southampton Cultural Center Announces Artists Accepted Into 2011 Juried Art Show

Southampton - The Levitas Center for the Arts at Southampton Cultural Center announces the artists accepted for the center's 2011 Juried Art Exhibition.

The exhibition has been juried by Christina Mossaides Strassfield, Director and Chief Curator, Guild Hall Museum, and the winner of Best in Show will be awarded a solo show at the Cultural Center's Levitas Center for the Arts in 2012.

The exhibition will open September 14 and run through October 24, 2011. A reception is scheduled for September 18 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Sheila Isham won best in show. Beryl Bernay, Fulvio Massi, and Jeanette Martone had honorable mentions.
