You can enjoy free films and popcorn all summer long thanks to Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF), who has once again partnered with the Southampton Arts Center (SAC) to screen classic movies on Friday evenings. Films will begin around 8:30 p.m. on the lawn of SAC. Attendees may bring a blanket or chair to sit on, and a crew to watch with.

The film schedule is as follows:

Friday, July 7: Independence Day (Aliens invading Earth must first defeat humans trying to save Earth.)
Friday, July 14: Slumdog Millionaire (A Mumbai teen is nostalgic to his past while on the Indian Version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?")
Friday, July 21: Young Frankenstein (The grandson of Dr. Frankenstein is invited to Transylvania.)
Friday, July 28: The Birds (A socialite moves to a small town where things turn bizarre, such as attacking birds.)
Friday, August 4: Airplane (A man afraid of flying must land a plane.)
Friday, August 11: The Artist (A silent movie star meets a young dancer, and attempt to keep their careers from veering in different directions.)
Friday, August 18: The Princess Bride (A fairytale comes to life as a grandfather reads aloud a story.)
Friday, August 25: Remember The Titans (The true story of an African-American coach and his racially separated high school football team.)
Friday, September 1: Jaws (A shark arrives on shore as a team of local townspeople joins forces to find the sea creature.)

Southampton Arts Center is located at 25 Jobs Lane in Southampton. For more information visit hamptonsfilmfest.org.
