Some exclusive news is just in from East Hampton. Brokers and agents are changing hands again, do you know the players? Some of the best views are still in Montauk. And, some of the best ladies in the industry remain unparalleled.
Okay, here are the market takes. The good news is that those who only write about real estate are wrong! There are deals. The bad news? Agents are working harder to make them and pundits without facts make it tougher. Yes, well, whoever said brokering real estate was supposed to be easy?
Notwithstanding the gloomy market outlooks by those pundits who write not sell, there are deals being made on the eastern end of Long Island. People in the industry can relax, stop reading bad news and get back to working hard which is what professional brokers always did. It ain't easy in this business. Never was.
