Vincent Frezzo, an agent at Douglas Elliman, has taken over as President-Elect of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® Hamptons Chapter.
“It is an honor and pleasure to be nominated to this position by my peers,” Frezzo reflected. “The Long Island Board of Realtors is a 26,000 member trade association serving real estate professionals throughout Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties.”
The Hamptons Chapter of LIBOR was officially reorganized in the fall of 2012. LIBOR is one of the United States’ largest local REALTOR® Boards. The Chapter’s objectives include: to “unite those engaged in the real estate profession in the communities served by the Hamptons Chapter for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon matters affecting the profession and related interests, to provide a unified medium for property owners and those engaged in the real estate profession whereby their collective and individual interests may be safeguarded and advanced, to promote and maintain the high standards of conduct in the transaction of real estate as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, to safeguard the interests of homeownership, and the ownership of all types of real property, and to advance the enlightened development and economic growth of Hamptons while preserving its unique character.”
Frezzo, who is based out of the Douglas Elliman Bridgehampton office, is a member of the Brendan Skislock Team.
“The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, a subsidiary of LIBOR, is one of the largest in the country, which enables Realtors to better serve the buying and selling public,” Frezzo added.
Prior to joining Douglas Elliman in 2016, Frezzo, who is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and of the Multiple Listing Service, held executive level positions in marketing, sales and digital media for global Fortune 100 companies such as L’Oreal, Coty and Bristol-Myers Squibb. During his free time Frezzo lends his mentoring and branding expertise to several local and national charities.
