Southampton - Maz Crotty of Engel & Voelkers, has received the prestigious Hamptons and North Fork Realtor Association (HANFRA) "Rookie of the Year" award. It was presented to her on January 25 at the Awards Dinner held at the American Hotel.

Her office manager Amadeus Ehrhardt said "Maz is a dedicated, hard working, and innovative member of our team, and to say we're delighted that she has received this award would be an understatement. Her concern for her clients and matching them with precisely the right property is overriding. She's done a great job and has an even greater future with our company."

The HANFRA "Rookie of the Year" award is decided on a number of criteria including number and gross dollar value transactions closed in 2010, including both sales and rentals of property, as well as other factors.
