Pembrooke Fine Landscapes recently announced that Chris Hall has joined the boutique luxury design/build firm that serves both the Hamptons and the North Fork. Hall will serve as a partner, along with Bill D'Agata, who founded the firm over ten years ago.
Hall brings over 30 years of experience in developing properties in the Hamptons and on the North Fork. His diverse resume includes a background in luxury swimming pool construction and landscape, property development, technology, and music. "I am truly fortunate to meet incredibly interesting people as I help them make the most out of their beautiful homes and landscapes," noted Hall. Pembrooke specializes in outdoor kitchens, pavilions and pergolas, luxury gunite swimming pools, and outdoor amenities.
Along with his passion for perfecting his client's living space, he is also very active in the East End community. Hall has served on the board of directors, or been an active member, in the Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Montauk, and Manhattan Chambers of Commerce, and also served on the board of the East Hampton Kiwanis Club, and the board of the Stella Maris School in Sag Harbor, where his children attended. In both Sag Harbor and Southampton, Hall coached youth baseball, basketball, and football teams. During his time as a partner with radio icon Pete Fornatale, Hall produced "Mixed Bag Radio" for XM/Sirius and assisted with events benefiting WHY Hunger (formerly World Hunger Year).
Listening, and then sharing his expertise, Hall believes is the key to working successfully with the best architects, interior designers, luxury home builders, estate managers, and homeowners in the area, to achieve excellent results, both on time and on budget. "I am thrilled to be working beside Bill D'Agata, whom I believe is the best kept secret in the Hamptons," said Hall. "Bill's work in creating luxury backyards is the finest I've seen. It is truly amazing to have the opportunity to bring my talents and work with him to transform properties into something special for Pembrooke clients."
