Young Children Of The Hamptons

There is no more sacred a sight then babies at the beach. They sit in the sand in their little outfits and cute hats playing with little shovels and pails. The Hamptons is putting together quite an amazing new group of infants, who no doubt will be around the East End for the rest of the century.

It's hard to believe that Beatrice McCartney, Paul McCartney's daughter with Heather Mills is already 11-years-old. Apple Blythe Alison (Paltrow) Martin is also 11 and her younger brother, Moses Bruce Anthony Martin, is now 9. Perhaps some day the Martin's and Beatrice will rule Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett, where their parents have homes. But right behind them will be the two young children of Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas Baldwin. No doubt Carmen and Rafael Baldwin, both under 2-years-old, will play there too.

Also in the Hamptons, Scarlet Johansson and husband Romain Duariac are blissfully introducing daughter Rose Dorothy to the ways of Amagansett. The soon arriving daughter of Billy Joel (who recently wed Alexis Roderick) will most likely be a Sag Harbor girl, but may attend the Ross School, as did her talented big sister Alexa Ray Joel. Speaking of 29-year-old Alexa Ray, the Further Lane, Amagansett mansion where she spent so much of her childhood is now occupied by Jerry Seinfeld, Jessica Seinfeld, and their three children. Jerry paid a reported cool $32 million to Billy Joel for the "cottage" on the ocean down from Indian Wells Beach, back in 2000. Their oldest daughter, Sascha Seinfeld is turning 15, while her brothers, Julien Kal is 13 and Shepard Kellen turns 10 this August.

" Brought our daughter out for a little date night. A little extra special attention for such a good big sister," said Hilaria Thomas Baldwin. (Photo: iconosquare.com)

Meanwhile, a little up-island in Bridgehampton, Simon Cowell and wife Lauren will no doubt be taking their son Eric Cowell to Sagg-Main Beach, where on weekends he may run into 3 1/2-year-old Jordon Zain Weiner, who is the son of former US Congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin. The Weiner's come out to the East End to visit Jason Weiner, the famous chef and proprietor of Almonds in Bridgehampton.

There should be no doubt that these names will be heard a lot more moving forward into the years to come out on the East End.
