Evan Sherman served as Jazz for Jennings' Artistic Director and Band Leader. He was accompanied by Patrick Bartley (Alto Sax player with the Late Show Stephen Colbert Band), Ruben Fox (Tenor Sax from London), rising star at Juilliard, Julius Rodriquez, Veteran guitarist, Dan Rose, and alum of Jazz@Jennings 2004 Tenor saxophonist Julian Lee.

Several American Express Platinum Card Members attended an exclusive SoulCycle class held at an outdoor pop-up studio at the Southampton Arts Center in Southampton. Led by SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor Stacey Griffith, attendees worked out under an incredible string installation designed by artist Eric Rieger (HOTTEA) and were gifted with custom Platinum Soul t-shirts and hats. EMP Summer House, which just opened in East Hampton, refueled riders after the class with juices and their signature granola.
The Nature Conservancy Summer Benefit attendees celebrated clean water and the connection between people and nature during the annual Hamptons soiree at The Center for Conservation in East Hampton. Lynn Scarlett, Global Managing Director of The Nature Conservancy, and April Gornik, celebrated artist and conservationist, were honored.
LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton hosted the official unveiling of “Moss, Ross + Gummer” - a Haven moss garden, plus newly installed sculptures by Toni Ross and Don Gummer. The new attraction showcases “Sanctuary Entwined, 2017,” a site-responsive installation consisting of 240,000 feet of hemp twine by Ms. Ross, and “Escape, 1995,” a cast bronze and concrete work by Mr. Gummer.
Stony Hill Stables Foundation hosted its annual summer benefit at Stony Hill Stables in Amagansett, where the Foundation awarded six young equestrians with scholarships. Attendees were treated to a special Dressage Pas de Deux by Gold medalist Wick Hotchkiss and Bailey Thompson, as well as an exciting Pony Drill Team performance, and the show culminated with a solo Dressage finale by Wick Hotchkiss. Launched in the summer of 2012, Stony Hill Stables is still the only stable in Long Island to offer this unique equestrian scholarship program to local East End children and young adults.

Attendees, including the cast of Bravo's "Summer House", enjoyed an afternoon of polo, an open bar, an exclusive Laurent-Perrier champagne bar, and delectable hors d'oeuvres.
The Wellness Foundation hosted its 6th annual summer benefit at Mulford Farm in East Hampton. This year’s event supports Wellness Foundation’s programs in East End schools and honored Hilaria Baldwin, active mom, co-founder of Yoga Vida, and author of The Living Clearly Method, with the Illumination Award - which commemorates individuals who are lighting the path of wellness for others. Ms. Baldwin signed copies of her book that were complimentary with paid admission. Plant-based hors d’oeuvres were served by acclaimed chef and Vegan Iron Chef winner Jay Astafa. Live music was performed by MTK the Band.
