Southampton - Now that Spring is officially in the air the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton has begun preparation for their annual Spring Fling event that is set for May 2. In light of that, on Wednesday night, the co-chairs of the Spring Fling Committee, Nancy Hardy and Susan Davis, held their Underwriters Cocktail Party at Hardy's Southampton home in honor of all the generous people who donated the money to underwrite the coming event.

"This Party is really just a thank you to all the people who underwrote the Spring Fling," Hardy explained in between effortlessly performing her duties as hostess. "The Spring Fling is just such a great local event; it's one of the parties we do that always gets such a great turnout from local residents." While the event is now fully underwritten, there is still some work to be done by Hardy and Davis before preparation for the Spring Fling is complete. "The next thing we're working on is finding donations for the silent auction," said Hardy.
