Co-chairs of the event, Kristina Klug (of Tiffany & Co.) and Linda Calder (of the Palm Restaurant) made sure all guests enjoyed the complimentary wine by Amagansett Wine and Spirits, a martini bar by Southern Wine and Spirits, hors d'oeuvres provided by The Palm Restaurant and live music provided by the Julie Bluestone Duo, featuring Jeb Patton on keyboards. Both ladies revealed that this year's turn-out happily exceeded their wildest expectations, with approximately 200 guests in attendance.

The live auction offered exclusive and exciting items, including two tickets to the Giants vs. Redskins game on December 18, where the lucky winners will enjoy the game from the exclusive Tiffany & Co. Suite on the 50-yard line with food provided by a gourmet chef.

Among the silent auction items were gift certificates to East Hampton Indoor Tennis, Shoe-Inn, Nick & Toni's and CittaNuova; a handbag from Michael Kors, cashmere accessories from Christopher Fischer and Cashmere Hamptons, jewelry from Tiffany & Co., original artwork by local artists including Vito De Vito and Alice Forman, a golf foursome at the South Fork Country Club, spa and salon packages and much more.

The Holiday Raffle that kept guests purchasing more and more tickets included a "Night on the Town" with two tickets to the Broadway show "Lysistrata Jones," an overnight hotel stay, dinner at The Palm and round-trip transportation; a gift certificate to Restoration Hardware, a home security system, original artwork by Mary Ann Lucas and an Elsa Peretti bracelet from Tiffany & Co.

Sponsors for the event included Amagansett Wine and Spirits, Alec Baldwin, Dayton Ritz & Osborne, Farrell Fritz PC, Fleming & Darrell PLLC, Grant Heating & Cooling, Hampton Country Market, Douglas and Patricia Mercer, Round Swamp Farm, Craig James Socia Garden Design, Andrew Sabin Family Foundation, Southern Wine & Spirits, The Palm Restaurant at the Huntting Inn, and Whitmore's Landscape Services.

The filled to capacity event drew old and new friends together for a most worthy cause, and holiday cheer was evident on the smiling faces and celebratory energy guests emanated while raising funds to support the efforts of the East Hampton Day Care Learning Center which provides early education and care to over 100 children each day in the East Hampton community, and also provided an opportunity to get a little holiday shopping done as well.
