This culinary entertainment event features an incredible weekend of parties, wine and food tasting seminars, cooking demonstrations, live competitions and a spectacular Grand Tasting both days. The best local ingredients will also be added to the mix this year as the festival celebrates the rich agricultural heritage of the Hamptons with locally grown products from East End farms and Long Island winemakers.
The Festival features cooking demonstrations from well-known personalities such as Food Network stars
Sandra Lee (Semi-Homemade) and Dave Lieberman (host of both Good Deal and Eat This), Ralph Pagano (finalist from Fox TV's Hell's Kitchen) competing against
Harold Dieterle (recent winner of Bravo's Top Chef), top wine and spirits experts such as Steve Olson,
F. Paul Pacult, and Anthony Giglio and leading wine, spirits and food pairing seminars throughout the weekend.
