Life@Nite: Sets And Shows From DJ Chuckie, N.O.R.E., Jeremy Loops And More

Why not start the weekend a little early with live music at Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com)? On Thursday, catch Roses Grove Band at 8 p.m. and The HooDoo Loungers at 10 p.m. On Friday, it's Black & Sparrow at 8 p.m. and Strecker Band at 10 p.m. Saturday's lineup is jam-packed with action from Sarah Conway & The Playful Souls at 7 p.m., Andy Ranley & Band at 9 p.m. and Hello Brooklyn at 11 p.m. Isabella Englert kicks off Sunday at 8 p.m. She'll be followed by Reggae Night with Inner Roots at 10 p.m. Make it an interesting Monday with Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. Gnarly Karma takes the stage at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, it's Karaoke with Helen "The Diva" McGuire, starting at 10 p.m.

A.M. Southampton (125 Tuckahoe Lane, Southampton, AMsouthampton@gmail.com) will present a performance from N.O.R.E. on Friday night. On Saturday, international superstar DJ Chuckie will takeover the hotspot for his birthday bash.

DJ Chris Bachman is spinning at Southampton Social Club (256 Elm Street, Southampton, 631-287-1400, www.southamptonsocialclub.com) on Friday night, and DJ Steven Paul will bring the beats on Saturday.

Join the Westhampton Beach Historical Society (631-288-1139, www.whbhistorical.org) for its annual cocktail party and buffet at Starr Boggs Restaurant (6 Parlato Drive, Westhampton Beach) on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. This year's event will also feature an art auction with works by local artists, including Liz Duerschmidt, Kristen Berdink Gordon, Anne St. John, Lise Frielinghaus, and Susan Rogers Williams. The opening of the Society's summer exhibit, A Place Called Quiogue, will follow at the Tuthill House. Admission to the soiree is $50 for members and $60 for non-members.

As the sun sets this weekend at the Wolffer Wine Stand (3312 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, 631-537-5106, www.wolffer.com), you can enjoy rock and alt-country from Greg Smith Group on Friday and rock from Clinton Curtis on Saturday. Both concerts begin at 5 p.m.

Ilegal Mezcal is back at it again with #SOULVINYL: Friday Eves with DJ Jack Luber at The Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) from 6 to 9 p.m. On Saturday, catch a set by NY/LA DJ Jason Eldredge, and live performances from Son Real and Jeremy Loops from 1 to 5:40 p.m. On Sunday, enjoy a DJ set by Ontario-born Nelleke McCowan from 1 to 4 p.m.

Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk, 631-668-2345, www.gurneysmontauk.com) is bringing back its monthly Havana Nights program on Friday from 7 to 11 p.m. The evening will feature Cuban-themed cocktails, live Latin-inspired music sets and dancers, who will perform Cuban-style salsa and also teach attendees a few moves.

Team Leukin for a Cure (www.facebook.com) is hosting a benefit at the Boardy Barn (270 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, 631-728-9733, www.boardybarn.com) on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. This marks the final event of Leukin' for a Cure's 10-week fundraising campaign on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Plan on doing a little shopping this weekend? Might as well find some stylish options and support a local cause while you do. On Saturday, head to J.McLaughlin Southampton Women's & Men's stores (2 Jobs Lane, Southampton) for bubbles, bites and browsing in support of the Island Gift of Life Foundation (www.islandgiftoflife.org), from 3 to 5 p.m. The event will feature raffle prizes from SubRosa Private Aesthetics and more, which will be announced at 5 p.m.

Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina (32 Star Island Road, Montauk, 631-668-3100, www.montaukyachtclub.com) is joining forces with the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons on Saturday for an animal adoption day. Part of a larger "Inspire Giving through You" lead by IGY Marinas (which owns Montauk Yacht Club), similar community events will take place concurrently at eight additional marinas owned by IGY.
