Looking for a ghoulishly good time this All Saints' Eve? Join Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts for a Halloween Costume Ball with the Hoodoo Loungers on Saturday, October 31st at 8 p.m.

The ominous evening will feature carnival games, a costume contest with local radio celebrity judges, a cash bar, a little bit of Voodoo, and live music from the Hoodoo Loungers, a nine piece band inspired by the music, traditions and celebrations of the city of New Orleans. Their music blends original tunes and traditional New Orleans classics with the R&B of Fats Domino, the jazz of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band and the funk of the Neville Brothers and Dr. John. "The idea is to have maximum fun," said Band leader Joe Lauro about their shows, "or as Jelly Roll Morton used to say 'Everything in the line of hilarity!'" As the night progresses, keep an eye out for a few special guests, because "Wolfman Tommy," "Cool Cat Sarah" and other notable East End performers are expected to make an appearance, but you might not recognize them at first due to their sinister disguises.

The All Hallows' Eve festivities will culminate with the costume contest at 10 p.m., which will be judged by WPPB's Bonnie Grice and Ed German, WLNG's Gary Sapiane and WBAZ's Walker Vreeland. The first place winner will take home $500, the second place winner will be awarded $250, and the third place winner will leave with $100.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $25. The party is for ages 21 and up.

Bay Street Theater is located at 1 Bay Street in Sag Harbor. For more information, call 631-725-9500 or visit www.baystreet.org.
