Donavon Frankenreiter, who is a long-time friend of musician Jack Johnson and has the same easy listening vibe, is playing at The Surf Lodge with Tom Curren and then twice at the Talkhouse.

The Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) will have a Bonfire Session with Nancy Atlas & Friends at 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014, and Leroy Justice at 10 p.m. Friday features Lilly-Anne Merat at 7 p.m. Girl Problems at 9 p.m. and Baby Johnson at 10 p.m. Saturday starts with Marc Cohn at 7 p.m., followed by The Lead of Foxes at 9 p.m. and Bayside Tigers at 11 p.m. End the weekend with Pure Prarie League at 8 p.m. and the annual Hampton's Trash Party at 10 p.m. Donavon Frankenreiter kicks things off on Monday at 8 p.m. followed by Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. Frankenreiter is back on Tuesday at 8 p.m. and then it's Industry Night with The Montauk Project at 10 p.m.

Live music at The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East Resort (90 Second House Road, Montauk, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) starts with Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band on Thursday from 8 to 12 p.m. Enjoy a poolside set on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. and then again at 10 p.m. As per usual, its a Jazz and Bosso Nova Brunch with music by Ludmilla and Marcello on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

It'll be icy hot at Beach Bar Hamptons (58 Foster Avenue, Hampton Bays, 631-723-3100, beachbarhamptons.com) on Friday night when they host their Heaven and Hell Party.

Conscience Point Promotions is presenting a performance from Long Island reggae rockers Oogee Wawa at Taps (1271 North Sea Road, Southampton, 631-259-2998) on Friday at 10 p.m.

Head to The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, 631-483-5037, thesurflodge.com) for their Summer Concert Series featuring Temples on Saturday and Donavon Frankenreiter with Tom Curren on Sunday.

The Sloppy Tuna (148 South Emerson Avenue, Montauk, 631-647-8000, www.thesloppytuna.com) is hosting a Montauk Mardi Gras Party featuring beads, Budweiser and authentic New Orleans Music on Saturday.

Zum Schneider Montauk (4 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-238-5963, www.zumschneider.com) will have a reggae, soca, R&B, disco, and an oldies mix from Twister on Friday, Bad Buka on Saturday and surf blues from Joe Delia & Thieves on Tuesday. All shows start at 9 p.m. and end at 11:59 p.m.
