Southampton - What a time was had by all last week and weekend - people at places playing and performing and all pleasantly enjoying the beautiful weather and events.

Jay Schneiderman (I-Montauk) was master of ceremonies at the Lucia's Angels Fashion Show & Cocktail Party to benefit "Lucia's Room" at
Southampton Hospital. The event was held at Strong's Marine in Southampton. There were over 12 models in the show that wore clothing that was provided by Open Minded Buying Club, Dee Jays, Norahs, and
Therapy Clothing with 10 percent of the sales going to the "Lucia's room" project at Southampton Hospital.
A Comfort and Caring Room (Lucia's room) is being constructed at Southampton Hospital. The room will be decorated and equipped with all that is needed to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere for patients and their visitors. The completed room will primarily be used by breast cancer patients that are going through difficult surgeries, palliative care patients and/or end-of-life services. The hospital's fee for this room will be no more than the least expensive double patient room.

The popular Live Music In The Garden program at
Hampton Coffee Company in Water Mill continues this Friday rain or shine with a twist! In addition to scheduled featured performers there will be an Open Mic portion. To perform in the Open Mic, just sign-up in person at 4:30 p.m. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Hampton Coffee Company, is next to The Green Thumb Farm Stand in Water Mill. This event is free and family-friendly!

Ashley Hebert wore Ramy Brook on Wednesday night's episode of "The Bachelorette." Ashley looked fabulous in the Ramy Brook lime green 'Harriet' top on her date with Ben F. in Taiwan.
On Thursday
Riley Etheridge Jr. performed at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett. Etheridge Jr. who lives in New York City but is a native of the South played music from his latest album, "Powder Keg," which was just released. His latest album blends together rock, country, blues, soul, and folk into a rich Americana sound.

Jamie Forbes held their first Live Streaming of Fine Arts Magazine' Online Juried Art Exhibit. The exhibit was held at the Daria Deshuk Studio in Bridgehampton on Friday.

The exhibition was attended by many, including several of the artists whose art was on display.
Fine Art Magazine will display all images of artists who submitted work. The opening exhibition was streamed live through facebook and
Fine Art Magazine's website, and will be posted on their youtube channel, with segments focusing on artwork submitted, which included sculptures and photography.
On Saturday,
The Parrish Art Museum held their annual Midsummer Party. The event included a cocktail hour and dinner party. For those who enjoy staying out late the Parrish Art Museum had the Midsummer After Ten Party where guests enjoyed dancing, drinks and dessert. This year The Parrish Art Museum teamed up with
South Pointe nightclub, where guests from the Midsummer After Ten Party received complimentary admission to South Pointe, for the official after party.
Grammy Award-winning British trio
Dirty Vegas performed at "Montauk Acoustic Sunsets" Series in The Backyard Restaurant at
Solé East on Saturday. The performance is the second installment in the "Montauk Acoustic Sunsets" series, an extension of the Music To Know (MTK) music festival.

Betsey Johnson hosted an intimate private dinner for

Daniel Merriweather. The evening kicked off the three week event series presented by Bombay Sapphire for Ricochet, a new music and art venue opening in Miami later this year.
British pop singer-songwriter
Daniela Brooker (17) has enjoyed an exciting week of promotion in NYC for her forthcoming single, "Summer Love" (being released on August 8). Daniela has been asked to perform for the NY Chapter of The GRAMMY Foundation, where she will perform for the executive team in a special showcase for breaking artists. She will also debut her new single on July 14 on CNN EN ESPANOL's NotiMujer Show, presented by the channel's famed host
Mercedes Soler. Soler will also chat with Brooker about her new single and being a strong young woman in the industry.
