Southampton - Yet more happening events this past weekend. So much to do - so little time. On Sunday, May 29 Heat Wave, the benefit for the Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic took place at the
Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club.
Andy Cohen of Bravo TV was the guest of honor at the sold out event which had over 400 guests, including
Katie Lee, and
Beth Ostrosky Stern. This is Planned Parenthood's biggest event of the year and this year they wanted to involve and appeal to younger people by including a junior committee co-chaired by
Rebecca and
Todd Cohen,
Stephanie Pains and
Tripoli Patterson.
Heat Wave was surf themed which was developed by
Michael Halsband, a photographer, movie maker, and avid surfer. The event included an art show and sale which included over 80 artists such as photographer
Ben Watts,
Eric Freeman,
Ross Bleckner,
Emmett Shine,
Herbie Fletcher, and
Eric Fischl, pop-up boutique including clothes, accessories and shoes from
Charlotte Ronson,
Sam Edelman,
Alexis Bittar,
Lisa Perry,
Sophmore,
The Styliner, and
Roberta Freymann, silent auction, music provided by DJ
Big Drop, film, and fashion.

Another big event this weekend was Supermodel
Jessica White's Angel Wings Foundation which hosted a cocktail party and sit-down dinner on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at
Georgica in East Hampton to benefit UNICEF's City of Joy Program. White showed up looking stunning in a white Gucci dress and spoke passionately about the cause saying "I was sexually abused as a young girl, so the UNICEF foundation is my life."
The sold out event was attended by

Shontelle, Brazilian Supermodel
Lisalla Montenegro,
Kim G from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," Model
Chris Collins, and
Dina Lohan. Guests ate delicious food prepared by Chef
Seth Levine from Hell's Kitchen.
After the dinner guests headed to Blue & Cream's exclusive after party with a performance from Shontelle who performed hits including "T-Shirt" and "Impossible" and music from
Jus Ske and DJ
Phresh.
