Southampton - The Hamptons drew quite the ghoulish crowd last weekend bringing locals and socialites together for an endless bash. Halloween is the perfect time of year to celebrate with an upbeat crew who knows how to keep it festive. From New York City to the end of the Island, ghouls, goblins, skeletons and even witches showed their spirit in memory of the frightful, yet humorous day that only comes once a year.

Stephen Talkhouse had the whole town buzzing and decked out in costume on Friday, October 29. Every year, the Amagansett hot spot transforms into a dungeon of terror with a costume contest, spooky jam fest and a celebration for everyone to remember. This year Hampton Daze sponsored the contest, rewarding the most chilling costume with a prize. The bar was packed with some memorable outfits including, a giant vending machine, a rather realistic version of Willy Wonka and the Queen of Hearts, who made sure to hold down the dance floor, wand and all.

Later that evening the crowd headed over to Race Lane in East Hampton to continue the long anticipated celebration that finally unleashed across the East End. Hosted by Daisy La' Bu, Hamptons business owner and promoter, the evening featured multicultural DJ talent that kept the party going into the early hours of the morning. Costumes of all different styles and colors paraded across the dance floor, making sure to keep the night alive! Leopards, vampires, the candy land crew and devils left the local nightclub with a smile on Friday, gearing up for the rest of the weekend's celebrations.

Partygoers made sure to attend LilyPond on Saturday, October 30 in style as they prepared for another night of fright. The celebration had tons of creepy creatures howling for more action. The most fabulous and bizarre costume was rewarded with a prize on behalf of Hampton Daze. Guests of the bash were treated to cocktails at the open bar and affordable drinks all night long. The beats from the DJ echoed across the dance floor, giving every guest in attendance an enjoyable experience.

The 11th Annual "Rowdyween" wrapped up an adventurous weekend in East Hampton on Sunday October 31. Kicking off Halloween with a blast, the annual party gives guests something to look forward to every year with live music, contests, drink specials and of course, an eclectic crowd sporting fun and unique costumes. Little Head Thinks amped up the mood with some rock and roll inspired tunes that kept every guest on their toes. Every costume had something extra to offer as witches, vampires and even Lady GaGa flooded into the restaurant that turned into a club overnight. Guests sipped on cocktails, enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres and savored the end of an event-filled holiday last weekend.

Fall fashion always catches the eye. The hit television series, "Gossip Girl" put fashion on the forefront on Monday, November 1. The trendy show featured celebrity guest appearances by Cynthia Rowley, Joe Zee and Rachel Zoe. Rowley sports her latest fall looks including a glass cabochon top with printed leather heels from her spring collection, as well as a vibrant feather tutu. The star-studded episode called "War at the Roses" revolves around Blair's birthday party, (played by Leighton Meester). The party is full of surprises, one of which includes a special musical performance by pop star Robyn. You can catch the star-studded series at 9 p.m. on the CW11 network.

Rowley showcased her fashion with some bursts of color last weekend. Rowley paired up with artist, Olaf Breuning to create a lovely temporary installation for MOVE! (an exhibition of performances and art by top artists) at the famous museum of contemporary art, MoMA PS1. Artists paired up with high fashion designers to showcase the beauty of their work. Some of the dynamic duos exemplifying raw talent included Rob Pruitt and Marc Jacobs, Terence Koh and Italo Zucchelli (Calvin Klein Collection), Kalup Linzy and Diane Von Furstenberg, Brody Condon and Rodarte, Rashaad Newsome and Alexander Wang, Jonah Bokaer and Narciso Rodriguez as well as Dan Colen and Proenza Schouler. Rowley and Breuning decked their models in denim garments that were used as a canvas for paint. Each garment is one of a kind and was embellished with color live at the event. Leave it to the artists to embrace a new look at high fashion, with a touch of art.

Tis' the season to be giving. Southampton star, Emanuel Sylvano is on a mission to spread the holiday cheer by asking friends and locals to donate to the Food Bank. To cut down the time and hassle of dropping off food at specific designations, both friends and family can donate to CCNY online this year. For every dollar that is donated, the New York Food Bank will be able to provide meals for four hungry families. With such a wavering economy and the holidays right around the corner, it is important to remember those who are in need!

The We Are Family Foundation (WAFF) hosted the fabulous Eighth Annual Celebration Gala at the Manhattan Center's Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on October 27. Actress, Rosie Perez and political satirist, Mo Rocca co-hosted the lovely event that brought together socialites, actors and supporters in honor of the legendary singer-songwriter, Jackson Browne, Imam Muhammad Ashafa, Pastor James Wuye as well as Norma and Russ Ramsey. Founded by Nile Rodgers, WAFF strives to educate and promote the vision of a global family through building bridges across cultures. Funds from the event support the nonprofit organization as well as Three Dot Dash, WAFF's global initiative program that supports teenage leaders around the world who are working to support human needs and promote peace. After receiving the Humanitarian award, Browne joined Rodgers and Steven Van Zandt on stage for an unforgettable performance of hit classics. DJ Donna D'Cruz amped up the dance floor as guests enjoyed a dinner prepared by Chef Don Pintabona and Chef Joe DiMaggio, Jr., with exquisite wines donated by Oriel Wines. Following the meal, a live auction was held that kept everyone on their feet! Celebrities in attendance included U.S. Senator, Mark Warner, fashion photographer, Bruce Weber, David and Susan Rockefeller Jr., actor John Shea and Bobby Funero of "The Sopranos."

Music Fanatics: Grammy nominated recording artist and activist Sophie B. Hawkins will perform songs from her new album, "Dream Street and Chance," at the Annual Gala for the New York Prevention of Cruelty to Children, one of the oldest child protective agencies in the country, on November 18. In honor of Steven J. Golub and NBC's Chris Hansen, the event will feature a cocktail party, dinner and dancing. Through her tireless efforts in the music industry, Hawkins hopes to raise awareness when it comes to child abuse and neglect. Don't miss out on an A-list event that will be a fabulous outing for a meaningful cause this fall. The Gala will kick off at the Plaza Hotel in New York City starting at 6:30 p.m.

Kimora Lee Simmons graced a charitable event in Los Angeles in support of the nonprofit organization that provides suits, helps build careers and maintain a strong support system for women in need, Dress for Success. Fifty graduates of Dress for Success were treated to haircuts and style tips free of charge. Owner of the Los Angeles Byu-ti Hair Therapy Salon, Natasha Sunshine recently created looks for 50 women in need. Each participant at the salon received hairstyles to match their new, fabulous outfits. Stylist, Alex Morales gave some great advice on styling different types of hair. Simmons gave a moving speech in support of the cause and gave advice to each of the graduates as they received stellar treatment all day long.

Style secrets are a must this season! Stay warm with cozy, layered knits and cashmere which always soften up the crisp fall weather. Welcome November with open arms and watch the joys that the season will bring you. Before you know it, the smells of Thanksgiving will fill the air and you'll already be making your Christmas lists for the little ones. No matter where you are, it's time to celebrate Hamptons style.
