Southampton - The season is in full swing. Try not to get too caught up in the whirlwind of fall's mysteries but hold close the simple treasures we embrace as another serene, yet eventful fall unfolds in the Hamptons.
The breathtaking foliage of the never ending landscape has revealed itself, radiating flashes of red, violet and orange that constantly remind you, there's no place like home. A-listers duck in and out of the local coffee shops and mingle at exclusive gatherings, sporting casual yet trendy, layered looks keeping up to date with the latest fall fashion. Whether or not you were there or were able to attend any of the parties thus far, remember there are still meaningful, inspiring and intimate events that will make you feel like a star and most importantly, a true Hamptonite.

New York born pop artist,
Michael Perez complimented the beauty of the season with a showcase of eclectic art in Merrick on Sunday, October 17. The champagne brunch kicked off at Jeffrey Alan Jewelers, where Perez collaborated with jewelers
Alan Badler and
Ike Ephraim to compile a "Collector's Dream," in other words, an exclusive preview of the latest art and high fashion jewelry trends that will give you more than enough reasons to shop for a fabulous cause. All of the participants at the event expressed their support towards finding a cure for cancer through the pieces they showcased.
For the first time yet this season, Perez gave an exclusive preview of his latest inspirational project "Dream," original oil on canvas paintings that capture the landscape of summer in the Hamptons, the scenic and colorful transition into fall and of course, the hope and possibility of finding a cure for cancer. Sunday's showcase also featured unique pink and yellow diamonds by Sophia by Design. Guests admired fine art, enjoyed wine and champagne, listened to music and were treated to a brunch to die for.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month has brought fashion to a new, fabulous level. Thinking out of the box, SuperTrash and Susan G. Komen's, "Fashion Fighting For the Cure" party at RdV East revealed a lovely pink dress design with hopes of raising funds for breast cancer in Southampton on October 6. Hosted by the star of MTV's hit show "The City,"
Roxy Olin is the official face of the charitable dress, sporting the funky, fearless design with elegance and beauty. Olin, alongside SuperTrash designer,
Olcay Gulsen hosted an event that brought socialites, celebrities and stylists on the 'pink' carpet all with hopes of raising cancer awareness. The sexy, yet tasteful pink dress can be purchased on the SuperTrash website with all of the proceeds going directly to the Greater NYC Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Children have the power to turn almost anything into magic. Founded by Emmy nominated writer, producer and director,
Isabella Rupp, "Hampton Life," (a new TV show and webisode) stars a talented cast and behind the scenes crew of children between ages eight and 13 years old. Rupp came up with the Film camp to give children the opportunity to work as a team to create a cinematic masterpiece of their own over the summer at the Southampton Cultural Center. Throughout four days of camp, children developed sets, acted, directed, stage-managed, filmed and let their talents shine for all to see. The show aired Sunday on WVVH-TV and it's sure to be a Hamptons hit.
Celebrity Sightings:The 18th Annual Hampton's International Film Festival had celebrities mingling across the Hamptons. Whether they were grabbing a bite to eat or catching a premiere, the A-listers were spotted having a blast.
Kelly Bensimon enjoyed a delicious lunch at
Turtle Crossing with her two daughters and a few friends. The grown ladies sipped on cocktails as they were treated to some of the best BBQ on the East End and the girls surely seemed to agree.

Freida Pinto attended an opening night cocktail party at the upscale Italian restaurant after a screening of Schnabel's latest film, "Miral." As the film festival came to a close,

Stanley Tucci attended a brunch at the restaurant in honor of Breakthrough Performers. Tucci served as a Breakthrough Performers mentor to young stars this year.

Harvey Weinstein and Tucci were spotted mingling across the restaurant.
