Southampton - "Gossip Girl" Star Matthew Settle ("Rufus"), along with Hugo Boss, helped Hamptons Magazine kick off the holiday weekend at Axe Lounge. Amber Rose (Kanye West's ex) and Reggie Bush (Kim Kardashian's ex) partied there two consecutive nights, and on Sunday, Twilight Saga: Eclipse Actress Nikki Reed dropped by and joined DJ Jus Ske on the turntables before hanging with her brother at owner Matt Shendell's table.

Tatiana and Campion Platt hosted the first Hamptons Social Series dinner at Lily Pond on Friday. Guests including "Real Housewives of NYC's" Sonja Morgan and Star Jones joined longtime owner Frank Cilione for Vision Vodka cocktails and Philippe-catered food to benefit non-profit Best Buddies. Michael Satsky and new partner, William Morris Endeavor head honcho Joel Zimmerman, brought in international DJs Kaskade and Deadmau5 to play at the East Hampton hotspot Saturday and Sunday nights.

Actor John Leguizamo checked out Pete Yorn's performance at the BING Summer Concert Series at Sole East in Montauk on Saturday. Afterwards, he dined with three friends at the new East Hampton outpost of Serafina.

"Real Housewives of NYC" Star and July Cover Girl Kelly Killoren Bensimon helped Social Life Magazine celebrate its Fourth of July issue in Water Mill on Saturday. Fellow cast member Jill Zarin, with husband Bobby and daughter Ali, along with Editor-in-Chief Devorah Rose, Publisher Justin Mitchell, Songstress Jamie Jo Harris, and Bravo's "NYC Prep" cast members PC Peterson and Kelli Brooke Tomashoff also attended the lively annual fete.

Entertainer Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey's husband, got on the mike and kept the crowd going at the launch of Eldridge East at Bamboo Restaurant on Saturday. On Sunday, a patriotic Simon Rex (a.k.a. "Dirt Nasty") wore a flag bandana tied around his head while performing hit songs "Droppen Names" and "1980."

While Billy Baldwin and wife Chynna Phillips ate dinner at Boathouse on Sunday, brother Alec Baldwin entertained a hot blonde at Bamboo, another of Michael Gluckman's eateries. The actor, who was drinking Moet Imperial Ice, stayed so long that partygoers started their bottle reservations around him. Also at Boathouse this weekend, Rap Sensation Cypress Hill surprised diners by jumping behind the DJ booth once he finished his meal and performing three songs.

En route to Sag Harbor on Sunday, Pop Starlet Katy Perry and fiancé Russell Brand stopped into Biba Boutique on Hill Street in Southampton for directions. Perry liked the merchandise so much, she decided to stay and shop a while.

Designer Jill Stuart showed support of Artist Andrew Levitas, who debuted his Metalworks Exhibition to a fashionable crowd at the Mark Borghi Fine Art Gallery in Bridgehampton on Saturday.

Katie Lee, who hosted a Grease-themed sing-a-long at her Sagaponack estate on Friday, avoided the holiday madness by dining on the early side with a few girlfriends at Phao Thai Kitchen in Sag Harbor. Moët Ice Impérial was the co-host of the evening at Lee's home, and guests were sipping on Moët Ice Impérial all night while watching the movie.

TV host Kelly Ripa, husband Mark Consuelos and family did the same at Japanese favorite Sen.

Singer Lou Reed and wife Laurie Anderson requested a table outside at East Hampton hotspot Philippe, so they could avoid the crowds, and take their little dog.

Howard Stern dined (twice) at Nick & Toni's in the last week - with wife Beth on Monday, and on Thursday as a foursome along with Nobu's Richie Notar and wife. On Thursday, the glitzy eatery also provided kosher hors d'oeuvres for Ivanka Trump Kushner's private jewelry launch at London Jewelers in East Hampton.

"The View's" Joy Behar brunched with her husband on the Fourth at Indian Wells Tavern. Ethan Hawke is also a fan of the Amagansett eatery, stopping in once this week with daughter Clementine, and then again with wife Ryan Shawhughes.

Russell Simmons' new comedy show taped at Townline BBQ in Sagaponack on Friday. In Russell's absence, the cast/crew (including model Amber Rose) ordered a bunch of BBQ takeout to go.

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" couple Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick (sans baby Mason) celebrated Independence Day with a group of friends at Georgica Restaurant. The pair, who laughed and held hands all night, sampled signature White Truffle Lobster Mac & Cheese and chatted with friends before heading home early to check on their son.
