The Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) and the Southampton Historical Museum will host their annual Yappy Hour, benefiting the Museum and the Shelter’s homeless pets, on Saturday, August 23, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Rogers Mansion in Southampton Village.
Guests will be treated to a “doggy beach” themed costume contest complete with celebrity judges and prizes as well as specialty drinks by Caliche Rum, “yummy yappetizers,” and music by sax player John Ludlow and 12-year-old Opera singer Sara Stevens. The dog friendly benefit will also feature SASF animals, who are available for adoption.
Tickets are $25, but free for children 14 and under as well as dogs.
