The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons will host its 27th Annual Garden Tour “Tiptoe Through the Tulips”, chaired by Barbara Slifka and Mark Fichandler, on Saturday, June 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. The ARF Garden Tour will feature six magnificent gardens in historic East Hampton. Included in the private garden tours are the garden of Barrie Berg and Antonio Munoz, the garden of Dwyer and Michael Derrig, where free refreshments will be served, the garden of Alexandra Munroe and Robert Rosenkranz, “Craigmoor” owned by Craig James Socia, the garden of Peter Wilson and Scott Sanders and the garden of Jan and Randy Slifka. Visitors can take their time admiring the beautiful gardens, as the tours are self guided.
Immediately following the tours will be a cocktail reception at the iconic home of Mary Jane and Charles Brock in the village of East Hampton. All proceeds from the tour benefit the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, Inc. (ARF), the leading no-kill animal shelter on eastern Long Island. Since its founding in 1974, ARF has found loving homes for over 19,500 cats, kittens, dogs and puppies.
Tickets for the tour alone are $75 each and tickets for the tour as well as the cocktail reception are $175 and must be purchased in advance. For more information about the event and where to purchase tickets call 631-537-0400 x216 or visit www.arfhamptons.org.
