Frank Speight, Chairman and CEO of American Capital Partners Ltd, Inc., Palm Beach, Florida, on behalf of The National Small Public Company Leadership Council, will present the 'Outstanding Leader of America's Small Public Company Industry' award to IGHL Co-Founder and Chairperson Konrad 'Konnie' Kuhn at the IGHL annual spring gala, to be held on Thursday evening, May 12 at Flowerfield, an estate in St. James on the North Shore of Long Island.
This year's IGHL gala will recognize top business leaders and philanthropists on Long Island and throughout the country. Speight, active in Investment Banking Consultancy for 19 years, has been involved in numerous capitalizations for existing public companies, and the facilitation of numerous private companies into the public sector. Speight has been a legendary crusader on behalf of small public companies and has raised millions for those companies worldwide.
"It will be an honor to present Konrad Kuhn the Outstanding Leader of America's Small Public Company Industry Award," says Speight. "Konnie has always been a champion for small public companies and I am proud of the work he does in both the business community and for IGHL, one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in New York State, caring for the developmentally disabled with homes on Long Island."
