New York City - UJA-Federation of New York's Manhattan Women's Philanthropy will hold its Fifth Annual Hamptons Trunk Show on Thursday, August 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bridgehampton Historical Society, 2368 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, Rain or Shine.
The Hamptons Trunk Show, a day filled with shopping, music, and refreshments in an elegantly tented outdoor space, has become a must-attend summer Hampton's event for more than 600 women. Although a shopping event, it is also an opportunity for attendees to learn about UJA-Federation of New York's work made possible through our generous donors and such events as the Hamptons Trunk Show, which has grown in the past five years to see profits of more than $1.5 million. Twenty percent of the proceeds of all sales at the trunk show benefit UJA-Federation.
The Trunk Show will showcase designer clothing for women, men, and children as well as designer jewelry, furs, swimwear, and home accessories. Participating designers included 25park, Tahari, Jennifer Miller, Lester's, Scoop, Love Quotes, Lissa Jewelry, Shawn Warren Jewelry, Pologeorgis Fur Fashions, and many more.
Danielle Ganek will be on hand signing copies of her new book, "The Summer We Read Gatsby," a witty summer read about two half-sisters search for the thing of utmost value in an inherited ramshackle Southampton cottage.
