On Thursday night, Paul Simon and wife Edie Brickell dined with Lorne Michaels and two others on the porch at Nick & Toni's in East Hampton. It was a celeb hotspot on Friday, when Jimmy Fallon, Lorne Micheals, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, Paul McCartney and wife Nancy, Jack Nicholson and his son Ray and Nick & Toni's owner Toni Ross enjoyed a meal together.

Eric Ripert attended the inaugural Une Fête's Hampton's Soirée Blanche at Harlow East in Sag Harbor on Friday night.

On Saturday night, Christina Aguilera, Jamie Foxx, Pitbull, Bon Jovi, Emeli Sandé, and Smokey Robinson were among headliners at Apollo in the Hamptons 2015: A Night of Legends at the Wainscott estate of Ronald O. Perelman. The star-studded Hamptons benefit in support of the Apollo Theater brought out Jimmy Fallon (who joined Foxx on stage), Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy, Matt Lauer, Chris Christie, Jack Nicholson, Thalia, Jon Bon Jovi, Trevor Noah, and Penny Marshall.

Actor Penn Badgley performed with his band MOTHXR during The Surf Lodge's Summer Concert Series, presented by Google Play Music, on Saturday. RHONY star Countess Luann de Lesseps and her niece, artist Nicole Nadeau, stopped by The Surf Lodge on Sunday for a performance from Donavon Frankenreiter.

Brooke Shields served as the emcee of Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons' Bow Wow Meow Ball on Saturday.

Madonna celebrated her 57th birthday in the Hamptons on Sunday night. Held at her Bridgehampton home, the rowdy Gypsy-themed party was so much fun that it caused an uninvited special guest (the cops) to show up. They were responding to an anonymous noise complaint, but by the time they arrived, the music had been turned down, so no b-day woes for Madge. The bash brought out "Live!" co-host Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos, "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen, and Madonna's children: Lourdes Ciccone Leon, Rocco Ritchie, David Banda, and Mercy James, according to People.

"Today" co-host Hoda Kotb stopped by 75 Main in Southampton with her boyfriend for lunch, where she dined on salad, lobster roll, onion rings and ice tea.

Alec Baldwin was spotted picking up takeout from Sotto Sopra in Amagansett.

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
