Sag Harbor - The summer Hamptons scene is full of celebrities of all kinds, but only at Bay Street Theatre's "Our Town" series can they be found chatting openly about their rise to stardom in their fields of expertise. Each Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m., Bay Street Artistic Director Murphy Davis chats with some of the most interesting people who live and work in our area, from artists and authors to playwrights and producers.

On Thursday, Aug. 27, local Bridgehamptonite Bob Balaban will join Davis on stage to talk about his extensive and successful career in show business as actor, producer, writer and director. Balaban is perhaps best known for his roles on "Seinfeld" as well as his many collaborations with Christopher Guest in such films as "A Mighty Wind," "Best in Show," and "Waiting for Guffman." He served as writer and producer of the popular film, "Gosford Park," which received numerous awards including Best Picture nomination.

On Sept. 3, the summer series comes to a close with film and Broadway critic Jeffrey Lyons. Lyons currently hosts radio and television shows, and has appeared as himself in several films. He is also the author of four books about movies and will chat about all on Sept. 3 at 4 p.m.

Tickets are $20 and are available online at www.baystreet.org or call or visit the Box Office at 631-725-9500, open daily at 11 a.m.
