) is worth checking out. Part of hotelier Andre Balazs properties, you catch the ferry from Sag Harbor or Greenport and spend the day lounging at the beach.
For dinner, head to Sunset Beach's restaurant where Executive Chef Loic Larteau brings French classics such as bouillabaisse, salade niçoise and moulés frites to the beach-side restaurant and bar. Balazs collaborated with local winemaker Christian Wolffer to produce a reserve rosé solely available at Sunset Beach.
