Long Island Music Festival To Offer Over 70 Performances And Events

Winterfest Live on the Vine is back on the East End, bringing more than 70 concerts and wine events to Long Island over its five-week run. With shows featuring jazz, rock, country, world, singer-songwriter and more, the 9th annual mid-winter music and wine festival has something for every music aficionado. Performances will take place from Friday, February 19th through Sunday, March 20th, and the festival kickoff celebration will be held on Friday, February 19th at the Suffolk Theater.

Thursday, February 18th:

7 p.m. - Mike Rubenstein at Bay Burger (1749 Sag Harbor Turnpike, Sag Harbor)

Friday, February 19th:

7 p.m. - Kickoff Concert with Toby Walker, Miles to Dayton, and special guest Andrew Fortier at Suffolk Theater (118 East Main Street, Riverhead)
7 p.m. - Andrew Gabriel at Pure North Fork (141 Fairway Drive, Wading River)
7 to 10 p.m. - Jesse Barnes (Bossa Nova, Jazz) at Hotel Indigo Bistro (1830 West Main Street, Route 25 Riverhead)

4:30 to 6:30 p.m. - Wine tasting with the Wine Maker at Sannino Bella Vita Vineyards (1375 Peconic Lane, Peconic)
7 to 10 p.m. - Danny Kean (Blues, Soul) at Hotel Indigo Bistro
7 to 11 p.m. - Bakithi Kumalo & Friends (Jazz) at Hotel Indigo Ballroom
