The public is invited to attend this free event, "Artist-in-Residence Retrospective," which will feature a casual presentation by East End Arts' past and future Artists-in-Residence, who will provide their insight and recount their experiences and goals as Artists-in-Residence, as well as update us on what they are doing now. Artists of any and all media, including visual, performing artists and musicians interested in applying to East End Arts' Artist-in-Residence program in the future are encouraged to attend.

East End Arts is very pleased to present this series of Arts-in-Community forums and presentations on the first Friday of the month in Riverhead, and the third Thursday of the month in Greenport, to encourage discussion and engage the local community with the arts. These free events are open to the public. For more information about the First Fridays and Third Thursdays series click below, or call 631-369-2171.

First Fridays and Third Thursdays are made possible, in part, by the Miracle-Gro Fund - a donor-advised fund at the Long Island Community Foundation. The Long Island Community Foundation (LICF) is the Island's community foundation, making grants to improve our region and helping donors with their philanthropy since 1978. LICF identifies current and future community needs, strengthen the Island's nonprofit sector, encourage philanthropy, and, with generous donors, builds permanent endowments to address these needs. More than $130 million has been granted from hundreds of funds established by individuals, families, and businesses. LICF is a division of The New York Community Trust, one of the country's oldest and largest community foundations. For more information go to www.licf.org.
