Bridgehampton - The Bridgehampton Historical Society, in association with
Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, presents another in their series of interviews with local residents titled "Bridgehampton Memories."
The interviews are open to the public and are held in the Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate Conference Room at 2488 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. These free events take place at 10 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month.
Up next, on March 25, is Bridgehampton Historian and Weatherman Richard G. Hendrickson and his son Richard H. Hendrickson.
"Mr. Hendrickson Senior has promised to tell us all about runaway horses on the South Fork, as well as some other tales of days gone by." said
Dr. John Eilertsen, BHHS Executive Director.
Interviews are conducted by Bridgehampton Historical Society Executive Director, Dr. John Eilertsen. Each program runs about an hour. The interviews are recorded and placed in the Bridgehampton Historical Society Archive.
The first interview subject in the series was Donald Seabury, on February 25. Seabury's stories of life in Bridgehampton during The Great Depression were shared with an enthusiastic audience of listeners.
