Southampton - The stormy weather this week resulting in high winds and rain created havoc for many East Enders, including temporary loss of power for some, and downed tree limbs and branches. Many boat owners headed to their slips to be sure their vessels were secure, however, for one unlucky sailor a mooring simply was not secure enough to hold this boat.
