Riverhead - A 26 year old Riverhead man will be sentenced in Suffolk County court on Tuesday, June 28, for the stabbing death of Calvin Butts during a brawl outside the Hampton Bays Diner in May of 2009.

Jermaine Holmes faces 12 and one-half to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced by Judge James F.X. Doyle (second floor of courthouse).

Butts, 26, died at Peconic Bay Medical Center of multiple stab wounds on May 24, 2009.
