Don't Get Fans Fired Up

Fans may clap politely but better not dare to tell the losing team to start the bus and go home. (Jupiter Images)

East Hampton - Any first year cheerleader learns the chant, "Let's get fired up!" to get the fans riled up and into the game. But for fans of the East Hampton Bonackers, Long Island Champions two years running, as reported by The Independent, the officials would prefer they stay low-key and polite. What is this world coming to when sports fans can't get a little rowdy? Taunting the opposing team is part of the game; ask any tailgater or Team Booster. It's part of the physch-out when you have home field (or court) advantage.
