Southampton - Stony Brook Southampton's will announce two new programs in their esteemed M.F.A. in Writing and Literature program - A summer Playwriting Conference and the Young American Writers Project, an interdisciplinary program for local middle and high school students.

Stony Brook Southampton Master of Fine Arts in Writing and Literature program director Robert Reeves. Long-time theater professionals Stephen Hamilton and Emma Walton Hamilton. Stage and screenwriter and arts educator Will Chandler. Stony Brook Southampton professors Lou Ann Walker, Annette Handley Chandler, Julie Sheehan and Bill Burford will announce two exciting new initiatives for Stony Brook Southampton's esteemed M.F.A. in Writing and Literature program - A summer Playwriting Conference and the Young American Writers Project, an interdisciplinary program for local middle and high school students.

To be held at the Special Events Room, Student Center, Stony Brook Southampton, 239 Montauk
