East Hampton - The Ross School Gallery hosted its annual M-Term Opening on April 16, featuring paintings, photographs, video footage and sketches by the students who travelled to Morocco, Tanzania, Belize, Italy and the American Southwest with the School for M-Term.
The students served traditional mint tea from Morocco and homemade tiramisu, an Italian delicacy.
Winter Intersession, or M-Term, is an opportunity for High School students and teachers to work intensively on group and individual projects during three weeks, usually in March, between Winter and Spring Terms. Classes and programs in a wide variety of subjects are offered to expose students to in-depth study, new interests, possible college/career paths, volunteer opportunities and recreational pursuits.
