On Saturday, December 5th, Hayground School in Bridgehampton will transform into a season of giving buyers dream during its annual artisanal food and craft bazaar, "Homegrown for the Holidays."

"In a time when we've been bombarded with Black Friday and Cyber Monday everywhere we go, and technology seems to dampen true deep connections, come on out for a "Homegrown Saturday" to support your neighbors and have the opportunity to learn the story behind the products you purchase," urges Kerri Deuel, "Homegrown for the Holidays" Coordinator and Hayground parent. "Keep shopping dollars local and help drive holiday sales for local artisans."

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., shoppers can browse through creations from over 40 local artists, food purveyors, and vendors. For an inimitable gift, pick up a handcrafted item from Mary Jaffe Pottery, Temptress Yarns, Hamptons Handpoured Candles, Sag Harbor Glass or Southampton Soap Company. If you're stocking up on treasures for those who love to spend time in the kitchen, don't miss the gourmet food goodies by Stars Café, Backyard Brine Pickles, Clarkson Avenue Crumb Cake, Ms. Michelle's Urban Gourmet, Old School Favorites, and Nofo Crunch. Fine jewelry, clothing and art will be on display from Designs by the Sea, Ketsy Knits, Danielle Leef Photography, Vera Rico Designs and many more. The bazaar will also include live music by local musicians and the opportunity to enter raffles for specialty items.

"We promise it will be one of your favorite shopping experiences of the season," said Deuel.

Admission to "Homegrown For The Holidays" is free. Proceeds from the bazaar will support the featured East End artists and business owners, as well as help fund Hayground School's Visiting Artist Program, which invites local artists, musicians, writers, performers, and scientists to guide intensive workshops with Hayground School students.

Hayground School is located at 151 Mitchell Lane in Bridgehampton. For more information, visit www.facebook.com.

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
