One of the world's most prestigious equestrian events will be returning to Bridgehampton from Sunday, August 27 through Sunday, September 3rd. The 42nd annual Hampton Classic Horse Show
will feature a star-studded lineup that will compete for prize money and titles throughout the week!

The Hampton Classic hosts over 200 classes of competition for horses and riders of all ages and abilities. Hunter, jumper and equitation classes are offered ranging from leadline to the grand prix show jumping. There will also be competitions for riders with disabilities.
Some of the U.S. entries include two-time Olympic gold medalist McLain Ward
, the 2017 FEI World Cup Jumping Champion and multiple Hampton Classic Grand Prix winner, Georgina Bloomberg
, who has won many competitions at the Hampton Classic, U.S. Olympic gold medalist Peter Wylde, Olympic veteran Mario Deslauriers, Peter Lutz, Quentin Judge, Callan Solem, Nick Dello Joio, Brianne Goutal, Jimmy Torano, Lucy Deslauriers, Lauren Tisbo, Debbie Stephens, Mattias Tromp, Catherine Tyree and Andrew Welles.
Some of the Irish entries include 2016 Hampton Classic Grand Prix Champion Richie Moloney, Olympic veteran Kevin Babington, Paul O'Shea and Shane Sweetnam, and other international riders that will compete include Olympic veteran, Ramiro Quintana from Argentina, Daniel Bluman, a two-time Olympic veteran from Israel, Roberto Teran of Colombia, who has competed at the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games, Olympian Alberto Michan of Mexico, 2015 Pan American Games veteran Luis Biraben from Argentina and Amanda Derbyshire from Great Britain.
The Hampton Classic hosts FEI-recognized classes on four consecutive days. Horses who have successfully completed the course during Friday's $86,000 Douglas Elliman
Grand Prix Qualifier will qualify for Sunday's $300,000 Hampton Classic Grand Prix CSI. The $40,000 SOVARO Speed Stake will take place on Thursday, while the $50,000 LONGINES Cup is on Saturday.
There will also be shopping and dining on the show grounds, with a variety of food choices, kids activities and a Boutique Garden and Stable Row that will feature more than 70 vendors.

For those who can't make it to the show, there will be live broadcasts of all the competitions on the Hampton Classic website as well as broadcast on WVVH-TV, the official Long Island television station of the Hampton Classic.
On Monday, general admission is free and on all other days general admission to the show is $10 per person, $20 for a carload and children under six are free. From Tuesday through Thursday, admission for senior citizens is free and entry for children is free on Saturday.
