"Just like January, we put this event out there to a few people and local business and it instantly took off," said Kiley Sabatino of One Healthy Hamptons. "The energy is contagious. There's just nothing like this out here, especially heading into the season."

With the chaotic Hamptons summer season almost upon us, the founders of Hamptons Wellness Week, Sabatino and Anastasia Gavalas of the Wing it Project, wanted to find a way for residents to relax and recharge before the hustle and bustle begins.

They are launching their second community event, "Ease into the Season," starting Saturday, May 3, through Saturday, May 10. The event will feature large discounts (50 percent or more) at more than 35 participating spas, salons, and wellness providers, from Montauk to Westhampton Beach.

"It's like restaurant week for the soul," the two explained.

The unique experience allows East Enders to indulge at top salons and spas, or consult with local experts for a fraction of the normal price.

Following the week of R&R, Sabatino and Gavalas are hosting an exclusive wrap-party on Saturday, May 10 at Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor.
