Southampton - Inspired by an article written by local architect Peter Sabbeth on the national average price for building a home, compared to prices in The Hamptons, Dubrow Enterprises has recently begun developing strategies to provide more energy efficient, healthier "Green" homes at a price more affordable than most conventionally built custom homes.

There are numerous ways to bring the price of a green home down. By utilizing some basic, intelligent design ideas and working with their clients to customize certain aspects of the home, Dubrow has come up with a unique concept producing homes that will be starting at just $200 per square foot. These green homes will provide much higher energy efficiency standards, sustainable materials, excellent indoor air quality, durability and will be more comfortable than your conventionally built, "non-green" home. Make sure to keep checking their website, as new design plans get finalized they will appear there first.

If you already have a plan in mind, contact them for more information on pricing or if you need help making your existing plans "Green". Dubrow Enterprises also works closely with some incredible local architects and would be happy to assist you in creating a plan that fits your budget and needs.
