On Saturday, June 20th, Adam Rosante, founder of The People's Bootcamp and author of "The 30-Second Body," is kicking off Well+Good's Surfside Salutations series at The Surf Lodge
"We wanted to create a large-scale, destination fitness event," shared Well+Good's publisher and co-founder Alexia Brue. "So we teamed up with Surf Lodge, which is such a fun destination from a concert and nightlife perspective, to curate the perfect morning of fitness and wellness."
The morning will begin with an energy-boosting HIIT workout, followed by a brunch to re-fuel. The event will also feature SUP, Tea Blends by T2, Braid Bar by RPZL and Make Your Own After-Sun Oil with EiR Skincare.
Check-in for Surfside Salutations begins at 9 a.m. and the workout with Rosante starts at 10 a.m. A Workout and Wellness pass is $40, admission to the SUP session is $20 and admission to brunch is $40.
Surfside Salutations will continue with yoga with Heather Lilleston on Saturday, July 11th and dance cardio with Anna Kaiser on Saturday, August 22nd.
